Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applicable only when explicitly stated as part of promotional campaigns or special offers. 

Shipping Address Requirements
A complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential for us to process and ship your order. 

Please double-check the pin code and contact number before completing your order to avoid delays. 

Order Processing Timeline
In-stock Items: Orders will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of placement.

Out-of-stock Items: If any items are not in stock, we will produce them and dispatch the order within 10 working days. Customers will be notified of such delays.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries will be made by our courier partners between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays from courier partners.
